  • Registration Deadlines:
    • To receive Earlybird rate, registrations must be received 30/6/13 with payment finalised by 10/7/13.
    • After 13 September, a late fee will apply to all registrations - ($15 for Full Conference, $10 for Day Rates).
       
  • Meals:
    • Costs include all meals during Ignite: (Ignite Kids include morning tea only)
      • Thursday: BBQ dinner
      • Friday: morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner
      • Saturday: morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner
      • Sunday: morning tea, lunch
         
  • Discounted Registration Rates:
    • Student rate applies to full-time students (high school and tertiary).
    • Group Rate applies to groups of 10+ full adult and student registrations. See group information.
    • Family Rate applies for families with 4 or more school-aged children registered from the one family. Third and additional children are free.  Contact office for details.
    • Parent Rate applies to parents with children in Ignite Kids, who would like to participate in the morning sessions until Ignite Kids finishes each day (includes morning tea and lunch for both adult and children).
      Please use discount code 'imaparent' when registering online.
    • Day Rates give registration to that day only (includes meals).  Weekend rate is registration for Saturday and Sunday only (includes meals).
       
  • Accommodation:
  • GST:
    • The Ignite Conference is considered a 'religious service', therefore GST does not apply.

 

Payment Options - online & offline

  • PayPal or credit card - Follow prompts during online registration.
  • Cheque - Choose 'other payment options' on the PayPal page. Cheques should be made to 'Emmanuel Community' and posted to Ignite Conference, PO Box 126, Paddington Qld 4064.
  • Direct Deposit - Choose the cheque option as above, then pay by direct deposit to the account below. When this is done, please email finance@emmanuelcommunity.com.au to advise us of your payment.

  • Invoice - available to groups only, or individuals with prior approval.  Choose 'other payment options' on the PayPal page.

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

Before 31 July: Refund available less 25% registration fee, or full amount paid can be transferred to another person - see transfer conditions below.
After 31 July: No refund available, however full registration payment can be transferred to another person.
 

In the event that a registered delegate is no longer able to attend, their registration can be transferred to another person.  Any changes need to be notified to the Ignite Office in writing, and require the new delegate to complete a paper registration.  If the registration is being transferred to a new delegate with a higher registration cost (including late fee if applicable), the difference in registration cost will also be required.
